Particle Filter
Tick Rate Number of "ticks" per second in the simulation.
Number of Particles How many particles the simulation should use at a time.
Particle Speed Noise Factor The maximum amount of noise that is added to particles' speed.
0.5 would mean up to 50% faster or slower, for example.
Particle Heading Noise The maximum amount of noise that is added to particles' heading (given in degrees).
Exploration Factor A value (from 0 to 1) indicating how many of the particles should be used for exploration.
